Car order
A car can be ordered after filling in the reservation form, by phone or e-mail.
Rent time
A minimal rent time is 24 hours (one day). If more than 1 hour passes after the agreed automobiles’ returning time, but the renter does not appears and does not return the car, additional payment for the next 24 hours (the second day and night) is included into renter’s account automatically.
Weekend rent time (with a special rate) begins on Friday 15.00 p.m. and finishes on Monday 9.00 a.m.
Requirements for the driver
The primary renter of the vehicle must be 25 years of age. At least two year driving experience and a valid driving license are required.
Documents
Passport and driving license ar required to rent a car.
Rent price
Rental price includes personal liability insurance, collision damage waiver, passenger and theft insurance, 24/7 road assistance and agreement fee. VAT is also included.
Payment conditions
It is possible to pay cash, bank transfers and the following major credit/debit cards are accepted: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD and MAESTRO. All cash rentals will require a deposit of 500-1000 LTL - depending on the car type (or equivalent in foreign currency).
Territory in which is allowable to drive the rented car
All countries of European Union.
Responsibility
All vehicles are fully insured. Insurance cover CDW (collision damage waiver), PAI (personal accident insurance), TI (theft insurance), TPL (third party liability) valid in all Europe . Renter’s limited responsibility in case of theft or accident - up to 500 or 1000 LTL. Insurance costs are included in car rental prices - there is no additional fee for insurance.
Refuelling charge
A special fee applies for returning the car with tank not completely full.
Run/mileage
Maximal mileage of 24 hours period is 250 km is established. Renter pays additional 0.20 Lt for each additional kilometre.

Replacement vehicle
The replacement vehicle is given to the renter in the case of the rented car technical breakdown, accident or if the rented car can not be used because of other reasons.
Forse majeure
Auto Rent Service reserves a right to cancel existing reservation through unforseen circumstances. Cancelation notice will be sent via email or client will be notified by phone.
